How do I use the Huel Grab & Go Bundle?

Couldn’t be easier! The products in the Grab & Go Bundle are the most convenient out of our entire range. Just take them with you and have them on the go.

Can I swap a product or flavour in the Grab & Go Bundle?

We are wanting you to trial and see which flavours or products are your favourite. When you decide which products or flavours are your preferred then you can repurchase. Please note that the contents of the bundle are subject to change.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. Alternatively, check the progress of your delivery anytime by logging into your account and heading to the Order History tab. You can also visit our Delivery & Returns Page for more information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work quickly to pick and pack your orders, which means we're unable to cancel or make changes once an order has been placed. This includes swapping products and changing payment methods.

You can mange upcoming subscription orders at any time through your Huel account.

Can I return my order?

Yes! Any unopened Huel Products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be in their original condition.
